Jay Pyne
Business Development Manager
Jay started his career in finance as a Business Development Manager for an equipment finance brokerage firm. In 2009 he joined the team at Heritage Finance to assist rural and regional bus operators as part of the Heritage Group’s support of the Queensland Bus Industry Council.
“At Heritage Finance, we help finance clients in situations where funding structures need to align with government grants. What I particularly enjoy about the role is being out on the road – working closely with clients in rural and regional areas. They have a humble nature and family business ethics and I have a great respect for that.”

Danielle Mancini
Relationship Manager
Danielle has worked within the finance and broking industries for more than 20 years, initially in banking and later at an Australian publicly listed company. She has been a senior relationship manager at Heritage Finance for over 10 years.
“I enjoy all facets of my role, from talking to single bus operators to dealing with some of Australia’s largest privately-run companies. Heritage is a very dynamic place to work and every day presents a new and exciting challenge.”

Candice Adam
Relationship Manager
After completing a double degree in Arts/Commerce, majoring in finance, Candice joined the Heritage team where she now been for close to five years.
“I enjoy working within the bus industry because most of the companies in it are long-established, family-owned businesses. I respect the hard work that the families and owners have invested in their business and have to say they are a real delight to work for.”

Samantha Dalla Rosa
Executive Assistant
Samantha has worked with the Heritage team since 2004, starting as a settlements support officer and progressing into the roles of travel and event co-ordinator, office administration management and in-house accounts.
“From accounting to event management, I love the variety of tasks my role offers. There is always a new challenge for me and that keeps me motivated and focused.”

Shona Casey
Finance Executive
Shona commenced her finance career in 2007, gaining a wealth of finance industry experience in the heart of Asia’s business world, Singapore. She later moved back home to Melbourne and took up roots at the Heritage Group.
“I love being a part of the thriving team at Heritage Finance as we share a common passion for delivering outstanding customer service. For me, the finance industry is more than numbers – it is about people and creating successful, long-term business relationships.”

Emily Given
Analyst
After completing a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in International Business & Finance and Public Relations, Emily has been working in equity markets in Sydney for the past six years and joined the Heritage team in July 2011.
“I’m thoroughly enjoying the transition from equity markets to the advisory and debt side of finance. After spending the past six years analysing companies from a distance, it’s great to work people who have such strong and close direct relationships with their customers.”
